Job description

Business Manager at PMKConsult in Riyadh, leading pre-contract commercial services, including cost plans, estimates, budgets, and comparisons. Prepares quantity surveys, measurements, and cost models using CostX according to NRM/POMI standards and client requirements. Develops procurement strategies and tender documents, manages tendering processes, analyzes, and provides recommendations. Supports post-contract management for FIDIC contracts, prepares cost reports, forecasts, and cash flows, highlighting commercial risks. Acts as a daily commercial point of contact with clients, design teams, and contractors, and supervises quantity surveyors and their assistants, ensuring compliance with RICS standards, internal quality assurance procedures, and regulatory requirements in Saudi Arabia — applies through the announced application channel of the entity.

Requirements

• Possession of MRICS qualification or active work towards accreditation
• Experience in Saudi Arabia with a strong understanding of the local construction market and contracting practices
• Strong experience in pre-contract stage including cost planning, estimation, quantification, procurement, and tendering
• Practical knowledge of FIDIC contracts and cost management for post-contract stage
• Strong client handling, communication, and reporting skills
• Advanced skills in Excel
