Key responsibilities include conducting comprehensive assessments of clients' communication skills and formulating personalized treatment plans, providing evidence-based speech therapy interventions for individuals with speech and communication disorders, monitoring and evaluating clients' progress, making necessary adjustments in therapy techniques and goals, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement effective treatment plans, providing guidance and mentoring to junior speech therapists and other team members, staying updated with the latest research, techniques, and developments in the field of speech therapy, and ensuring compliance with professional and ethical standards in all aspects of practice.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Speech
• Language Pathology or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Speech Therapist
• Valid license or certification in Speech
• Language Pathology
• Expertise in assessing and treating a range of speech and communication disorders
• Strong knowledge of evidence
• based therapeutic techniques and interventions
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills
• Ability to provide guidance and mentorship to junior therapists
