Job description

Designing and producing visual materials for the project, including reports, presentations, and digital publications, and transforming the content and results into clear and organized designs that suit government agencies and stakeholders, while adhering to the visual identity and accurate presentation of information. Preparing and producing periodic and final reports and formatting pages, titles, tables, images and appendices in a professional manner. Develop standardized templates for daily, weekly and monthly reports, presentations and publications to maintain consistency of outputs and expedite their preparation. Converting approved content into coherent and clear slides for meetings and presenting results, achievements and action plans. Preparing posters, advertisements, and introductory and indicative materials for the project in sizes appropriate to the channels of use. Converting action steps, indicators, comparisons, and results into an infographic that is easy to understand. Design charts and indicator cards in coordination with data analyst and performance specialist while maintaining values, units and time periods. Adherence to the approved colors, fonts, and logos, and adjusting the Arabic format and the text direction from right to left. Receive content and data from officials, determine design needs and delivery dates, and follow up on feedback until approval. Check the clarity of text and numbers, correct page order, quality of images, consistency of formatting and integrity of files before delivery. Delivering final copies in formats suitable for display, printing, and publishing, while saving the original, editable files and organizing their versions
