Job description

Responsibilities • Develop and deliver the annual marketing plan aligned with AutoHub's strategy and commercial priorities. • Own brand positioning and integrated campaigns across collision repair, maintenance, car care, customization, vehicle conversion and EV services. • Manage the marketing budget, agencies, suppliers and campaign performance across AutoHub's national network. • Manage and continuously improve AutoHub’s website, ensuring its content, services and customer experience remain accurate, engaging and aligned with business and brand objectives. • Manage AutoHub’s social media channels, including content planning, publishing, community engagement and performance improvement, in line with brand and business objectives. • Support demand generation, partnership activation and corporate reputation through measurable marketing initiatives. • Work closely with Operations, Customer Experience, Digital, Finance, Procurement, Legal and ALJ Enterprises functions. • Coordinate with OEMs, insurers, technology partners, agencies, influencers, media and event suppliers. • Coordinate with sister companies at ALJ Motors, ALJUF and ALJCO. • Prepare clear briefs, presentations, announcements and performance reports for senior management and external partners. • Ensure advertised offers and service claims are accurate, approved and operationally achievable. • Use AI technologies in content generation (Copy, Images and Videos) • Identify customer, market and automotive trends and convert them into relevant campaigns and propositions. • Develop new approaches to content, lead generation, partnership marketing and local center activation. • Use customer, digital and campaign data to improve targeting, creative effectiveness and return on investment. • Continuously improve marketing processes, agency governance and performance reporting.

Requirements

• Marketing strategy, brand management, integrated campaigns, digital marketing, content, PR, events, partnerships, agency management, budgeting and performance analytics
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field
• Professional certification in digital marketing, brand management, project management or marketing analytics is preferred
• 2-3 years of relevant marketing experience. Automotive, retail, services, hospitality or another multi-location consumer business is preferred
• Digital fluency. Strong Arabic and English communication
