Cameraman

Job description

Operate cameras during recording and live shoots, either in the studio or outdoors, for news or various programs. Apply the technical aspects of lenses, film, filters, light, and camera settings for each shoot to ensure the director gets the desired effect. Adjust camera controls and related equipment to achieve the right lighting, exposure, and focus. Work with other media professionals, including electricians, lighting technicians, and directors to determine desired effects, lighting requirements, camera movements, and filming sequences. Maintain, clean, and test all broadcasting equipment and cameras to ensure all equipment is in good working order, each day before filming starts. Demonstrate a commitment to personal continuous development by attending relevant courses, through coaching (internal or external), and remaining updated on new technology and industry trends to ensure bringing the latest methods to the job.

Requirements

• Location: Riyadh
• experience in operating cameras and video recording
• knowledge of the technical aspects of lenses, film, filters, light, and camera settings
• ability to work with other media professionals
• skills in maintaining and cleaning broadcasting equipment and cameras
