About the role: Provide leadership to the HR team, develop and drive the property HR strategy aligned with corporate and regional direction, lead continuous improvement to boost productivity and build leadership capability, ensure effective two‑way communication between HR and corporate/regional HR, plan and execute the annual HR budget and monitor P&L statements.
