Job description

Prepare financial and operational reports, analyze data, and extract indicators to support management in strategic decisions. Analyze the company's financial and operational data. Produce periodic reports and present findings to management. Derive and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs). Contribute to preparing forecast budgets and financial plans. Assess feasibility of real‑estate projects and analyze risks

Requirements

• Proficient in preparing financial and administrative reports
• proficient in data analysis and KPI extraction
• proficient in using Microsoft Excel at an advanced level
• preferred knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
• analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills
• at least 2 years experience in financial analysis or business analysis
• at least 6 months experience in a real‑estate company
• bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration or related field
