Visitor Relations Officer

Job description

The Visitor Relations Officer is the first point of contact for visitors in the showroom. Welcomes customers professionally, identifies their needs, and directs them to the appropriate person. Provides a premium hospitality experience that includes beverages, lounge management, and VIP guest favoring. Maintains a high personal appearance and is consistent with brand standards. Accurately captures customer data in the CRM/DMS system and distributes customers according to the lounge rules. Follows up on officials' dealing times and reports any delays. Ensures vehicles, quotes, marketing materials are clean and ready for demos. Coordinates with marketing and sales teams to ensure the hall is ready for campaigns and events. Collects customer feedback after the visit and provides feedback to the team. Prepares daily reports on lounge traffic, analyzing conversions and visitor trends
