Vehicle Delivery Specialist at the employer in Riyadh manages the vehicle handover moment to ensure a distinguished brand‑aligned experience, explains full features and sets up infotainment systems while activating connected services, customizes delivery for VIP, corporate and loyal customers, conducts pre‑delivery inspections, cleaning, fuel or charge level checks, accessory installation and presentation standards, completes required documents such as registration, insurance, financing contracts, warranty paperwork and maintenance plans, collects customer signatures and compliance documents, creates customer files in company systems and mobile apps, documents adherence to agency procedures and KYC requirements, educates customers on safety features, ADAS, infotainment and connected services, provides guidance for electric or hybrid vehicle usage including charging and battery management, explains maintenance schedules, roadside assistance and post‑sale contact points, conducts post‑delivery test drives to boost confidence, follows up within 24‑72 hours to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction, shares comments with sales and service teams for performance improvement, enhances loyalty programs, the employer opportunities and customer ratings, and ensures a flawless delivery experience with reduced escalations through the announced application channel
