Responsible for representing the brand on the front line and achieving monthly vehicle sales goals while providing a high quality customer experience throughout the sales journey. Manage structured follow-up methodology, strong customer interaction, and commercial awareness to drive unit sales, finance and insurance penetration, and trade-in vehicle conversion. Maintaining accurate pipeline management and delivering a consistent showroom experience contributes to revenue growth, customer satisfaction (NPS/CSV) and brand reputation
