Compliance Officer

Job description

We are seeking a senior associate to support the Compliance Department and ensure full adherence to SAMA regulations for payment services, including EMI and PSP licenses. Responsibilities include reviewing and approving new products, monitoring internal processes, tracking regulatory updates, preparing and submitting regulatory reports to SAMA, supporting inspections and audits, and providing advisory support to internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Finance or related field
• 1-2 years experience in a compliance role at a SAMA‑regulated entity in the payments sector
• experience with regulatory reporting and policy review
• fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written)
• strong communication, coordination and analytical skills
• detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple priorities
