The Launch Program 2027 lasts 18 months, offering hands‑on experience, structured learning and mentorship from industry leaders. Participants work on real business challenges, building analytical, technical and professional skills. Services Business Development identifies, shapes and commercializes opportunities across the employer Services and manages the P&L. The function combines market and strategic analysis, sales support, opportunity management and business planning. As a Business Analyst you will support the team in identifying and advancing opportunities across key customers and sectors. Conduct market, customer and competitive research to find growth opportunities; support client proposals, presentations and business cases; analyze sales pipeline, revenue performance and business metrics to generate insights and recommendations; assist with opportunity tracking, forecasting and reporting; coordinate with internal stakeholders in Sales, Product, Consulting, Finance and Delivery; prepare materials for customer meetings, business reviews and leadership updates; contribute to strategic initiatives to grow the employer Services; develop deep understanding of the payments ecosystem, financial services industry and the employer solutions.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program with expected graduation between June 2026 and August 2027
• available to start on 1 September 2027
