Main tasks of the role include: English, Kaizen. the employer, a global leader in developing premium cleaning, sterilization and maintenance products for the hotel, institutional and industrial markets, is seeking an Associate Production Specialist who will be responsible for all aspects of the production run, including preparation (mixing), filling, wrapping and washing of large containers. The person holding this position must be able to perform any of the tasks within the production department, with the exception of material handling, mixing, receiving and shipping bulk merchandise. What you will do: • Review preparation (mixing), filling, and packaging instructions at the start of line operations. Ensures availability of raw materials and correct packaging. Asks supervisor for help if necessary. • Ensures that the line is set correctly according to preparation (mixing), filling, and packaging instructions. Adjusts the line as necessary or seeks assistance from the supervisor or maintenance technician. • Continuously operates preparation (mixing), filling, and packaging equipment. These equipment types can include: injector, tubing labeler, pumps, filters, mixers, forklifts, caps, tape machine, bar encoder, inkjet printer, manual wrench, manual stampers, stacking machines, and cap pressers. Adjusts equipment to control weight, closure, or other to required specifications. • Performs all operations on the lines, including loading the lines into containers Empty, label, prepare (mix), fill, seal, bar blade generation, sampling, area cleaning and organizing, and other related activities. • Actively participates in Kaizen, 5S, TPM, loss analysis, and special projects. • Continuously identifies opportunities to improve Processes and eliminate waste. • Completes and documents activities that measure quality and productivity accurately and in a timely manner. This can include taking weights and carrying out basic quality checks. Enters results on paper or into computer. • Follows and adheres to instructions regarding safety, quality, production, correspondence, and approved procedures. • Reports and acts on safety, quality, machinery performance and defect observations. • Completes filling, priming (mixing), and filling tasks to or exceeding required specifications. • Assists in changing production lines, including washing water collection. • Maintains a clean and safe work environment. Job Details: Factory Location: Dammam, Saudi Arabia. Basic requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent • One year of experience in chemistry
