Associate Production Specialist

Job description

Responsible for all aspects of operating, preparing (mixing), filling, packaging, and tote washing at Ecolab's plant in Dammam. Reviews preparation, filling, and packaging instructions at the start of line runs and ensures raw and packaging materials are available. Sets up the line according to instructions and seeks supervisor or maintenance assistance when needed. Operates equipment such as fillers, sleeve labelers, pumps, filters, mixers, forklifts, cappers, tape machines, bar code readers, ink‑jet printers, hand wrenches, hand stamps, palletizers, and lid presses. Adjusts equipment to control weight and closures per specifications. Performs loading of empty containers, labeling, mixing, filling, capping, bar code generation, sampling, and maintains a clean, organized area. Actively participates in Kaizen, 5S, TPM, loss analysis, and special projects. Continuously identifies waste‑elimination opportunities. Documents quality and productivity measurements, entering results on paper or computer. Follows safety, quality, and production work instructions, memos, and SOPs. Reports safety and quality observations, machine performance, and defects. Completes packaging, mixing, and filling assignments meeting or exceeding standards. Assists with line changeovers and wash‑water collection, maintaining a clean and safe work environment

Requirements

• proficient in English
• experience with Kaizen
• high school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year experience in a chemical plant or warehouse
