The role includes multiple responsibilities · Provide the highest levels of customer service by employees and motivate them to sell more · Assist the Store Manager in operating the store efficiently and profitably in accordance with company policies and procedures · Take full responsibility for the store in the absence of the Store Manager · Promote the company's loyalty program to promote loyalty and repeat sales · Provide feedback to the Store Manager and District Manager on staff and products
