Job description

The role is to lead the HR team and develop the HR strategy for the property in alignment with regional and corporate directives. Key duties include providing leadership, direction and support to the HR team, developing and motivating the HR strategy for the property, ensuring effective communication between HR and company stakeholders, and planning and implementing the annual HR budget.
