Job description

We are looking for confident, motivated, goal‑oriented individuals to join our sales team. The role involves promoting and selling insurance policies through outbound calls while building strong customer relationships. Full‑time remote position with 100% commission offering unlimited earning potential based on performance. Flexible 8‑hour shifts between 9:00 am and 9:00 pm. Comprehensive training, continuous support, and a professional growth‑focused environment are provided. Key responsibilities: make outbound calls to prospective customers; present and upsell insurance documents professionally; understand client needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions; build client trust and maintain a positive experience; achieve assigned sales and performance targets; keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales

• Valid original CNIC
• Excellent communication, negotiation and persuasion skills
