Head of Aftersales

Job description

The role encompasses overall responsibility for the performance and development of the aftersales function across multiple locations. This includes leading service, parts, and workshop operations, as well as accountability for commercial performance, customer experience, and manufacturer requirements. You will work closely with the General Manager and the OEMs' regional teams, focusing on achieving high levels of productivity, profitability, and quality. The position requires someone who can analyze daily performance and develop strategies to improve productivity, profitability, and ensure the quality of services provided

Requirements

• Experience in sales and customer service
• Proven experience leading an aftersales operation across multiple sites
• Strong commercial and financial acumen
• A sound understanding of workshop productivity, parts performance, and customer service
• The ability to build, develop, and hold teams accountable to high standards
• Experience managing productive relationships with OEMs and other key stakeholders
• A decisive, pragmatic approach and the confidence to take ownership of performance and improvement initiatives
• High energy, focus, and resilience
• 7-10 years of management experience in automotive aftersales
