Job description

Manage and develop the team to achieve high revenue levels while maintaining brand image, operational compliance, and customer satisfaction. Drive store sales, monitor performance, identify commercial opportunities, and make recommendations to meet and exceed targets. Foster a culture of excellent customer service by leading by example. Resolve customer complaints effectively and promptly. Minimize stock loss through implementation of ATG policies and procedures. Analyze stock data to maximize sales opportunities. Conduct stock takes in coordination with the Operations team. Adhere to company policies and health & safety standards. Provide and analyze performance reports to identify trends and commercial opportunities. Support and plan sales promotions and brand activities. Build professional relationships with key business partners. Ensure visual merchandising standards follow brand guidelines. Monitor sales per square foot to ensure maximum productivity. Stay updated on market trends and competitor activity and provide recommendations
