Leading Project Quality Auditor

Job description

The role of the auditor includes examining the organization's quality processes and ensuring that standards are met. Monitors the quality of project processes and products. Establishes and applies quality management procedures and controls to ensure compliance with regulatory and client requirements. Inspects products and materials to ensure compliance with quality standards. Identifies opportunities for improvement and proposes solutions. Evaluates the effectiveness of internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management. Creates an internal audit plan to verify that controls and procedures are consistent with regulatory requirements. Trains and directs the project team on quality assurance processes. Ensures that all project deliverables conform to agreed quality standards. Communicates with project teams to ensure quality standards are achieved. Develops and maintains quality assurance documentation. Maintains accurate documentation to support policies and procedures. Monitors and reports on quality and performance issues. Develops quality assurance policies and procedures. Investigates customer complaints and non-conformities. Establishes corrective and preventive actions. Ensures compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Assists project, construction, and operations managers in quality control. Records employee qualifications, certifications, licenses, training documentation, and work records. Prepares reports to present the results of quality activities. Conducts random, scheduled and unannounced quality audits of sites, suppliers and subcontractors. Communicates with external quality assurance bodies. Reviews the employer International's quality, environmental, safety and occupational health policies and procedures and ensures adherence to them throughout the course of the job. Performs other tasks assigned by the supervisor
