Job Title: Solution Advisor Manager. Job Description: You'll lead enterprise architecture activities across a defined scope, overseeing solution design, architectural roadmaps, and guardrail standards, managing complex stakeholder engagement, coordinating your team, and advising senior leadership on IT strategy and technology investment. Driving AI-assisted architecture practices, ensuring integrity and scalability of architectural decisions at scale, and building team capability in agentic and responsible AI design are central to the role. You'll set the enterprise architecture standard across your scope and be accountable for both the quality of architectural decisions and the strategic alignment of IT with business objectives. Influence spans delivery teams, IT leadership, product owners, and senior business stakeholders.
