Job description

Building and heritage diagnosis specialist. Description: The role includes multiple tasks, including: evaluating existing buildings and facilities, identifying technical conditions and defects, and providing professional recommendations to support project requirements. The role will also require technical assessments, reporting, and coordination with multi-disciplinary project teams. Responsibilities: Conduct field inspections and technical evaluations of existing buildings and facilities. Identify, evaluate and document defects, deterioration and technical conditions. Preparing technical reports, inspection records and evaluation documents. Review drawings, technical documents and information available for the project. Providing technical recommendations related to repair, rehabilitation, maintenance and improvement works. Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, contractors and other project stakeholders. Support technical surveys, investigations and diagnostic activities. Review and monitor artwork and provide feedback when necessary. Ensure activities are carried out in accordance with legitimate standards, regulations and requirements. Support the preparation of technical scopes, proposals and project documents. Maintain accurate records of inspections, findings, and recommendations. Perform other project-related technical tasks as necessary

Requirements

• Saudi nationality
• Strong technical reporting and documentation skills
• Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Proficiency in English
• Good knowledge of building construction, materials and common defects in buildings
• Knowledge of Saudi regulations and international standards preferred
• Compliance with the regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
