Production Lead Operator

Job description

Lead role focusing on process improvement. Monitor, collect and interpret raw data from various sources; evaluate results, analyze them and create reports to support decision‑making at the employer Systematically monitor and evaluate the entire manufacturing process to ensure quality standards and drive engineering and manufacturing improvements. Inspect and test tools, spare parts, raw materials, work‑in‑progress and finished products using simple to complex lab equipment according to performance and procedural standards. Effectively schedule production activities to minimize time and cost while maximizing operational efficiency. Develop, implement and enhance processes, tools and training to enable the employer to respond quickly to customer needs and market changes while controlling output, quality and cost. Improve sustainability of the employer’s processes in line with environmental responsibility and recycling regulations
