Senior Specialist, Full Potential Identification plays a pivotal role in unlocking operational value across the employer’s assets by identifying, validating and accelerating performance improvement opportunities, enabling business units to achieve full potential through structured diagnostics, value‑based prioritization and data‑driven performance enhancement; the role translates improvement opportunities into measurable business impact, builds performance management systems, strengthens accountability and facilitates cross‑functional collaboration among operations, maintenance, technical, finance, digital and analytics teams, and applications are submitted through the announced application channel

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Process Engineering, Mining Engineering or a related technical field
• Experience in operational excellence, process improvement, performance improvement, asset performance or value realization roles
• Experience in identifying, quantifying and tracking improvement opportunities in mining, processing, manufacturing, facilities or heavy‑industry environments
• Experience managing key performance indicators, operational health, root‑cause analysis and monitoring frameworks
• Experience coordinating cross‑functional improvement initiatives involving operational, technical, financial, digital and analytical stakeholders
• Skills in operational diagnostics, value‑case design, performance improvement, performance management, KPI analysis, root‑cause analysis and maturity assessment frameworks
