The Buyer is responsible for sourcing and selecting high-quality beauty products that align with brand vision, customer preferences, and market trends. The role includes analyzing sales data, negotiating with suppliers, managing inventory levels, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure a competitive and profitable assortment

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, Marketing, or related field
• 3-5 years experience as a buyer, preferably in beauty, retail, or consumer goods
• proficiency in analyzing sales data, market trends, and financial metrics
• proven negotiation skills with suppliers and vendors
• excellent verbal and written communication skills
• strong time management and organizational abilities
• experience with inventory management software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• passion for the beauty industry and keen eye for emerging trends
