Executive - Retail Sales

Job description

Leminar Global seeks to strengthen its retail market presence in the HVAC and MEP sectors. Tasks: Promote specialized technical solutions, including building management systems (BMS), firefighting systems, and ventilation equipment. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding our footprint among building contractors, suppliers and SMEs, ensuring sales growth and efficient business cycles

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years in retail sales, specifically within the HVAC, MEP, or construction materials industry.
• Technical Knowledge: Proven familiarity with BMS, Fire Fighting systems, and Ventilation equipment is essential.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical preferred) or Business Administration.
• Strong negotiation and persuasive communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability in credit control and payment collection.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Logistics: Possession of a valid driver’s license and willingness to perform extensive field visits.
