About the Role: A key role in driving the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) program across the plant, ensuring sustainable improvements in equipment reliability, operational efficiency, and employee engagement. Responsibilities: · Lead and coordinate the plant TPM program in line with site strategy and regional/global TPM program · Proactively drive a continuous improvement culture to help realize the site vision · Coach and train all site associates in the effective application of TPM tools and techniques to achieve site KPIs
