Job description

Role: • Participate in structured rotations across assigned business functions. • Support day-to-day operational and client-related activities under the guidance of experienced professionals. • Assist in client servicing, claims management, placement activities, and other assigned business functions. • Conduct research, data analysis, and prepare reports and presentations as required. • Participate in projects that support business objectives and operational improvements. • Attend internal and external training courses, workshops, and certification programs. • Collaborate with colleagues across departments to gain broad business exposure. • Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with company and regulatory requirements. • Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional development. • Apply knowledge gained through training to support business operations and client service delivery. Requirements

• Saudi National
• Fluent in English
• Bachelor's or Master's degree from a recognized university
• Recent graduate or graduate with limited professional experience
• Academic background in one of the following disciplines:

• Medicine
• Actuarial Science
• Other relevant disciplines
