Job description

Manages an account or group of accounts with primary responsibility for creating value for customers through technical service, identifying new product opportunities and upselling to existing customers. Focuses on maintaining revenue, improving pricing and increasing gross margin. It deals with the general and technical aspects of the job and its practical applications to everyday problems. Independently performs non-routine and complex tasks, researches and processes data, and makes recommendations. Uses computers and systems to access, maintain, and process data. May provide direction to lower level employees. In technical or production positions, determines production methods, processes, and sequences and develops or modify products and equipment as requirements
