Job description

the employer is seeking a Head of Occupational Therapy Department in Riyadh. The role oversees department operations, ensures high-quality OT services, and drives strategic growth. Responsibilities include developing policies and procedures, managing staff recruitment, training, and performance, handling budget and resources, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams for patient care, monitoring patient outcomes and implementing quality improvements, staying updated on OT practices and regulations, engaging in community outreach, and conducting regular team meetings

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of current practices, trends, and regulations in occupational therapy
• proficiency in Excel
• 7 years of experience in occupational therapy
• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
• at least 3 years in a leadership role
• valid active occupational therapy license
• proven leadership and management skills
• strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
• excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• commitment to quality patient care and continuous improvement
• language proficiency in English and Arabic preferred
