Information Technology (IT) Specialist (Jeddah) We are looking for an Information Technology (IT) specialist to join our team, who has experience in managing technical systems and technical support, and the ability to monitor digital platforms and ensure the continuity of technical services with high efficiency. Main tasks: Providing technical support to users and addressing technical problems. Managing and maintaining devices, systems and networks and ensuring their efficiency. Adding and updating projects on electronic systems and platforms. Issuing, renewing and managing domains and related digital services. Supervising customer accounts in electronic systems and following up on their settings. Following up on recovery requests and coordinating with relevant authorities until they are completed. Following up on backups, and security. Information and user powers. Coordination with various departments to ensure continuity of technical operations. Preparing periodic reports and proposing solutions and technical improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology
• Computer science, or its equivalent. At least one year of experience in the field of information technology. Good knowledge of systems and network management and technical support. Familiarity with the management of electronic platforms and digital services. High skills in problem solving, organization, and time management. Ability to work in a team spirit and communicate effectively.
