Job description
the employer is hiring a Construction Supervisor for the Eastern Province. Responsibilities include supervising construction and electrical installation works; reading engineering drawings and approved technical specifications; coordinating daily activities and monitoring contractor performance; preparing progress reports and communicating with execution teams; ensuring compliance with inspection, quality and safety procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- overall professional experience of at least 7 years
- minimum 3 years experience in Saudi Aramco projects – mandatory
- field experience supervising construction and electrical installation works
- proficiency in reading engineering drawings and approved technical specifications
- knowledge of inspection procedures and quality and occupational safety assurance
- ability to coordinate daily tasks and monitor contractor performance
- skills in preparing progress reports and communicating with execution teams
