Job description

A Warehouse Keeper is primarily responsible for managing and organizing inventory while ensuring the safety of goods within storage facilities in accordance with high standards in Saudi Arabia. Daily duties include receiving, inspecting, and accurately recording shipments in automated systems, as well as supervising dispatch and periodic physical inventory counts. This vital role contributes to supply chain efficiency and supports the operational continuity of commercial, industrial, and logistics sectors. About this profession: Warehouse managers assume the responsibility for storage facilities. They manage the operations and the staff within. Typical duties of this profession: • Receive incoming goods and materials, inspect and match them with purchase invoices. • Arrange and store materials in designated warehouse locations in an organized manner. • Maintain accurate records of inventory movement and enter data into the system. • Prepare and issue outgoing orders and shipments according to approved requests
