At the employer, a leader in expanding financial access headquartered in Atlanta, we are seeking a Senior Project Manager to support strategic enterprise initiatives within the Capital portfolio for a major financial institution in Saudi Arabia. The role leads planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise-wide projects through an outsourcing engagement, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Responsibilities include leading project planning and execution, coordinating activities across business, technology, and vendor teams, driving stakeholder engagement, monitoring risks, issues, and dependencies, providing regular status updates to senior management, and ensuring compliance with project governance and delivery methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration or related field
• minimum 10 years of project management experience
• strong background in banking or financial services
• experience delivering complex enterprise projects and managing multiple stakeholders
• excellent planning, organization, communication and stakeholder management skills
• fluency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken
• exposure to capital markets, investment banking, asset management or Capital-related initiatives
• professional certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum or equivalent
