About the Role the employer is looking for a Hub Digital & HMAX Sales Manager for a full-time position in Dammam, Eastern Province. This role is responsible for accelerating HMAX Energy's business growth across the dedicated center by driving pipeline development, empowering the local sales organization, and connecting global initiatives to regional execution. Role Context and Purpose The Hub Digital & HMAX Sales Manager acts as a business bridge between Global HMAX Energy, the Hub Service organization, country sales teams and delivery organizations. The primary purpose is to ensure continuous market development and successful business growth within the assigned region. Key Responsibilities Drive HMAX Energy's pipeline growth across the assigned position by identifying new business opportunities and supporting strategic endeavors. Monitor pipeline performance and implement actions to improve conversion rates and expand the market. Lead regional HMAX Energy initiatives aligned with the global strategy, adapting campaigns and offers to local market needs. Act as HMAX Energy subject matter expert in the Hub, empowering sales teams through training, mentoring and knowledge sharing. Increase market awareness and adoption of HMAX Energy portfolio. Act as a business liaison between Global HMAX Energy, focal organizations, country sales teams and delivery teams. Collaborate to develop integrated customer opportunities and ensure alignment between sales activities and delivery capabilities. Implement HMAX global sales programs, governance, processes, tools and KPIs within the centre. Provide market feedback to support continuous improvement of HMAX Energy offerings and commercial strategies. Ensure compliance with regulations and procedure Applicable external and internal guidelines. Qualifications and Experience A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience is required.
