This role leads procurement activities to support critical operational needs, ensuring sourcing, contracting, and vendor governance align with business priorities while partnering with internal stakeholders to maintain continuity, control, and service quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business administration, law, finance, or related field
• 12+ years experience in procurement, contracts management, commercial management, supply chain, or vendor management
• leadership experience in procurement and contracts within a large, varied, and complex environment
• proficient in sourcing, RFPs, service orders, contract approvals, renewals, variations, and procurement governance
• knowledge of contract lifecycle management, vendor performance, SLAs/KPIs, and commercial controls
• experience translating operational needs into clear procurement requirements and contract scopes
• hands‑on experience with SAP, Ariba, and Power BI
• proven ability to coordinate across procurement, legal, finance, operations, and service providers
• experience producing reports on contract, procurement, or commercial performance and resolving related issues
• experience in real estate, city operations, or large‑scale development environments is a plus
