Hiring | HR Manager Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. - Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. - Minimum 5-7 years of HR experience, including 3 years in KSA, preferably in F&B or hospitality. - Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and employment regulations. - Proven experience in recruitment, Saudization (Nitaqat), and workforce planning. - Proficiency in government platforms: Qiwa, Mudad, GOSI, Muqeem, and Absher. - Experience in payroll, employee relations, HR operations, and legal compliance. - Strong skills in performance management, talent development, and employee retention. - Excellent leadership and communication skills, with fluency in Arabic and English.
