Accounts Receivable Manager

Job description

Role: Accounts Receivable Manager, Eastern Province - Khobar. Key responsibilities: Manage insurance, corporate, and patient receivables; oversee AR reconciliations, cash application, aging, and provisions; ensure accurate month‑end closing, reporting, and IFRS compliance; coordinate with RCM, Treasury, and IT to improve collections and resolve discrepancies; lead the AR team and strengthen financial controls and processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 8-10 years of relevant experience, including 3-5 years in healthcare
• minimum 3 years of team management experience
• strong experience in insurance receivables, payer settlements, and AR reconciliations
• experience with ERP/HIS integration and multi‑branch healthcare operations
• Oracle Fusion experience preferred
• advanced Excel skills
• Power BI and Power Query are a plus
• knowledge of Saudi healthcare payers and NPHIES preferred
• CMA or IFRS Diploma is an advantage
• proficiency in English
• Arabic highly desirable
