Sales Engineer

Job description

Role Purpose: ABM is seeking a commercially driven Sales Engineer dedicated to the interior fit-out project business. The role is responsible for originating, qualifying, and converting fit-out opportunities through end clients, consultants, developers, and main contractors, and for owning each pursued opportunity from first engagement through award, execution support, and final account closure. The Sales Engineer is accountable for the assigned order-intake, revenue, and gross-margin targets, and for the technical and commercial integrity of every proposal submitted.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Interior Design, or Mechanical Engineering
• 3-5 years of project sales experience
• Demonstrated experience originating and closing fit-out projects through end clients, consultants, and main contractors
• Working knowledge of prequalification, tendering, contract award, variation management, and project close-out processes.
