SAP Procurement Solutions Analyst S/4HANA & Ariba

About the Role: the employer is seeking an SAP Procurement Solutions Analyst - S/4HANA & Ariba to join their team in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. This full‑time position requires 0‑1 years of experience and focuses on supporting and enhancing procurement technology solutions across SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). Responsibilities: Support and maintain procurement solutions across SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, and SAP BTP, Analyze business requirements and translate procurement processes into effective SAP solutions, Support SAP MM processes including purchasing, purchase orders, goods/services procurement, and master data, Support end‑to‑end Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P) processes and ensure system integration, Provide functional support for SAP Ariba modules, Support supplier lifecycle management including onboarding, qualification, maintenance, and integration, Support service procurement processes such as Service Entry Sheets, Analyze and resolve system issues, incidents, and process challenges, Support integrations between SAP Ariba, SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, and other enterprise applications, Participate in solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post‑implementation support, Prepare and maintain functional specifications, process documentation, test scenarios, and user documentation, Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate with business users, Identify opportunities to improve procurement processes through automation and system enhancements, Collaborate with procurement, finance, supply chain, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure solutions meet operational needs, Support system upgrades, enhancements, releases, and continuous improvement initiatives, Monitor procurement system performance and ensure timely resolution of critical issues

Requirements

• 0-1 years of experience in SAP procurement solutions
• understanding of SAP S/4HANA
• understanding of SAP Ariba
• understanding of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)
• familiarity with Source‑to‑Pay / Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P) processes
• ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions
• strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
