Technical Director - Construction Supervision

We are seeking a Technical Director – Construction Supervision for major infrastructure projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Provide strategic technical leadership during the construction supervision phase. Act as the senior technical authority to ensure compliance with specifications, standards and regulations. Lead technical reviews, design coordination, constructability assessments and engineering solutions to complex challenges. Support Project Directors and Managers in delivering technically sound, commercially successful projects. Oversee multidisciplinary engineering and construction supervision teams to ensure consistency and quality. Review and approve technical submissions, reports, methodologies and key documentation. Interface with clients, contractors, authorities and stakeholders on technical matters. Drive innovation, continuous improvement and best‑practice adoption. Mentor and develop technical professionals, fostering a culture of technical excellence and knowledge sharing. Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related engineering discipline
• Master’s Degree preferred
• Minimum 20+ years experience in infrastructure engineering, construction supervision and project delivery
• Proven experience providing technical leadership on large‑scale infrastructure projects including transportation, roads, utilities, water or urban development
• Strong understanding of engineering design principles, construction methodologies, project delivery and construction supervision practices
• Extensive experience managing multidisciplinary technical teams and coordinating with diverse stakeholders
• Experience in international consultancy environments highly desirable
• GCC and Saudi Arabia project experience strongly preferred
• Professional registration, chartership or equivalent industry accreditation highly advantageous
