Electrical Supervisor

Job description

The Electrical Supervisor oversees daily electrical maintenance activities within the plant operations in Makkah, specifically in Rabigh and Makkah. Ensures effective functionality, plant availability, and equipment reliability through diligent supervision. Supervises preventive and corrective maintenance, planned outages, and overhauling of electrical equipment in line with overall maintenance plans, HSE guidelines, and quality standards. Allocates resources for scheduled preventive maintenance, breakdowns, and major repairs, reporting deviations to the Electrical Engineer. Conducts troubleshooting and root cause analysis for electrical equipment and validates condition post-repair. Monitors progress of electrical technicians, ensures schedule adherence and proper resource allocation, reporting non-conformances. Participates in investigating and specifying modifications to existing systems, assisting the Electrical Engineer with technical submissions, drawings, and cost estimates. Coordinates planning and execution of annual outage maintenance for critical electrical equipment, providing technical support to meet EHS, scope, cost, and timeline objectives. Completes all electrical maintenance documentation accurately, including the Maintenance Log with faults, repair methods, time, labor, and materials. Monitors material and spare parts requirements and facilitates procurement for timely availability. Adheres to health, safety, security, and environmental procedures to ensure employee safety and compliance. Complies with organizational and departmental policies, processes, and standard maintenance procedures and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• minimum 10 years experience in electrical maintenance supervision
• ability to manage and supervise a team
• strong understanding of preventive and corrective maintenance practices
• proficient in troubleshooting and root cause analysis of electrical equipment
• knowledge of HSE guidelines and quality standards in an industrial plant setting
