HSE Officer

Job description

The HSE Officer role at a major contracting company in Al‑Ahsa ensures safety compliance and a safe work environment across construction sites. Conducts regular site inspections to identify and mitigate hazards; enforces safety protocols and ensures compliance with local regulations; investigates incidents and near‑misses; organizes and delivers safety training for staff; prepares and submits health, safety and environment performance reports to management

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of health, safety and environment systems
• excellent risk assessment and problem‑solving skills
• ability to prepare detailed safety reports and documentation
• effective communication and training skills
• NEBOSH or OSHA certification
• relevant academic qualification in occupational health and safety
• preferably experience in a contracting company
