About the Role the employer is looking for a dedicated HPM CIP Technical and Support Consultant to join their team, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves working closely with customers to understand their technology environments and deliver advanced, customized solutions aligned with their strategic goals. The consultant will work under direct supervision, focusing on implementing robust and scalable technical solutions. Key Responsibilities: Consult with clients to understand their technical landscape and provide advanced recommendations and customized solutions aligned with their strategic objectives. Implement sophisticated design documentation, comprehensive system architectures, detailed configuration plans, and rigorous testing frameworks under direct supervision. Resolve complex technical issues through advanced diagnostics and root cause analysis, and provide proactive support to prevent future challenges. Document detailed technical solutions, establish extensive support procedures, and develop troubleshooting guides for knowledge transfer and continuity. Strengthen the organization's knowledge base by identifying, documenting and sharing best practices and standardized processes. Implement configuration management and version control techniques to ensure accuracy, consistency and reliability in technology solution deployments. Evaluates customer systems by understanding comprehensive health checks, identifying potential issues and remediating them to improve performance and reliability. Examine customer environments to implement strategic improvements to system performance, robustness, and user satisfaction. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and sales, to incorporate customer feedback into product and service improvements. Prepare advanced technical reports and in-depth analyses and strategic updates to stakeholders on system performance, problem resolution, and future recommendations. Support critical implementation and deployment projects, advanced system configuration management, seamless integration, and end-to-end performance tuning. Qualifications and experience
