ICT Devices Sales Specialist

About the role the employer is looking for an ICT hardware sales specialist to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role focuses on developing and implementing sales policies and strategies for ICT devices, monitoring performance and evaluating results to ensure that set goals are achieved. Main tasks and responsibilities: Study and follow up on market developments to determine and develop marketing objectives and sales methods, estimate the expected sales volume, and translate these objectives into executable sales plans. Proposing sales policies, following up on their implementation, and evaluating promotional programs to ensure their effectiveness. Communicate effectively with customers to identify their needs and problems, and follow up on competitors and their sales programs to avoid potential risks. Evaluating the performance of sales representatives and the extent to which they achieve sales goals, and proposing the necessary corrective plans and actions. Preparing specialized documents and reports related to sales, providing appropriate recommendations and solutions, displaying them and saving them in the designated database in accordance with approved policies and procedures. Qualifications and Experience: 0 to 1 year of experience in ICT hardware sales or related field. Ability to set sales policies, follow up on their implementation, and evaluate results. Excellent skills in preparing specialized documents and reports. Work Environment This role is available full time in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
