Maintenance Manager(HDPE)

Responsibilities: Execute all maintenance jobs assigned to contractors for mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation activities of the HDPE plant in accordance with company standards; regularly report maintenance execution in the CMMS system; provide required support to the Planning and Scheduling Supervisor; support the Reliability Department for bad‑actor analysis and reliability improvement initiatives; prepare weekly maintenance reports and present updates during maintenance meetings; manage day‑to‑day maintenance activities ensuring equipment availability and reliability; coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance for HDPE process equipment; review and enhance personnel competency through job‑specific training in coordination with the Head of HR; ensure strict compliance with all HSE requirements during execution; support maintenance shutdowns, turnarounds, and major equipment overhauls to achieve safe and timely completion.

Requirements

• minimum 20 years experience in Oil & Gas/Petrochemical maintenance – High School
• minimum 15 years experience in Oil & Gas/Petrochemical maintenance – Diploma
• minimum 10 years experience in Oil & Gas/Petrochemical maintenance – Bachelor Degree
• experience in HDPE, polyolefins, or polymer manufacturing plants preferred
• good knowledge of maintenance contract management, safety regulations, and refinery/petrochemical maintenance standards
• well organized and proactive with excellent communication skills
• proven leadership skills in large organizations
• maturity of judgment under pressure and ability to resolve problems
• ability to achieve business results while working in a multicultural environment.
