This full‑time role is based in Riyadh. The Senior Specialist, Data Base & Data Mart, is responsible for establishing trusted, scalable, high‑performance data foundations that support analytics, reporting, AI and business decision‑making. Ensures enterprise data assets are structured, governed and optimized to deliver reliable insights and improve operational and strategic outcomes. Translates complex business and analytical requirements into robust database and data mart solutions, leading data quality, performance, governance and alignment with enterprise standards

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in database and data mart management
• proficient in data architecture and logical/physical data modeling
• experience in database and data mart optimization
• proficient with ETL/ELT processes and data integration
• knowledge of performance tuning, workload analysis, indexing and capacity management
• proficient in monitoring, issue resolution and recovery planning
• knowledge of data governance including lineage, metadata, ownership, retention and quality controls
• proficient in data security and compliance with corporate policies and regulations
• experience collaborating with engineering, analytics, governance, architecture, cybersecurity and business teams
• proficient in providing technical guidance and improving solution quality
• proficient in adopting cloud, automation and observability practices.
