Warehouse Manager

Job description

Manage and operate warehouses and supervise daily operations. Plan and organize receipt, storage, issue and distribution processes. Supervise inventory and ensure accurate material balances with periodic stock counts. Monitor inbound and outbound material movements and document them according to approved procedures. Lead the warehouse team, assign tasks and track performance. Coordinate with procurement, sales and operations to ensure timely material availability. Apply safety and quality standards within warehouses. Prepare periodic reports on inventory, material movements and operational performance. Improve warehouse procedures, increase operational efficiency and reduce waste and costs

Requirements

• Saudi nationality is mandatory
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics or related field
• prior experience in warehouse and logistics operations management
• experience in inventory control and stocktaking
• strong leadership and organizational skills
• proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office
• ability to prepare reports and analyze inventory data
• fluent in English
