We are a fast‑growing Saudi construction‑tech startup backed by top regional and global VCs. Our web platform, mobile apps and WhatsApp channels give contractors instant access to over 7,000 building‑material SKUs from more than 1,100 vetted suppliers, with quotes in minutes and buy‑now‑pay‑later financing. In two years we onboarded 850+ contracting firms, supported giga‑projects such as NEOM and King Salman Park, and scaled RFQs to $350 million while maintaining positive unit economics. As the Logistics & Supply Chain Operations Lead you will oversee regional fulfillment, fleet dispatch and supply‑chain execution in the Western Province from Jeddah, bridging local ground operations with the Riyadh HQ. Responsibilities include leading daily logistics and dispatch, managing warehouse and fleet activities, coordinating delivery scheduling and bulk cement operations, optimizing processes and SOPs, monitoring KPIs and reporting to senior leadership, mentoring the regional team, building supplier and transporter relationships, ensuring regulatory compliance, and contributing to strategic planning and budgeting.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience in operations, preferably in logistics/supply chain
• construction or building‑materials experience strongly preferred
• proven leadership and team management skills, ideally managing distributed field teams
• analytical and data‑driven approach with comfort using dashboards, trackers and operational reporting tools
• strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills under pressure
• excellent communication in Arabic and English
• knowledge of KSA transport regulations, permits (e.g., Fasah), and Western Province logistics landscape
• based in or willing to relocate to Jeddah
