Job description

Lead technical infrastructure and digital systems to ensure efficient and continuous technical operations in an industrial environment. Responsibilities: manage networks, technical infrastructure, and servers; oversee ERP systems and integrate them with operational processes; ensure information security and data protection; develop technical plans and supervise digital transformation projects; provide outstanding leadership of technical teams, assign responsibilities, and monitor performance; manage technical projects, set priorities, and ensure service continuity; diagnose technical issues and make appropriate decisions; coordinate with various departments to align technical systems with business requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline
• leadership experience in IT management, preferably within factories and industrial facilities
• hands‑on experience managing networks, technical infrastructure, and servers
• familiarity with ERP systems, their applications, and integration with operational processes
• strong knowledge of information security, cybersecurity, and data protection
• ability to develop technical plans and supervise digital transformation projects
• outstanding leadership skills in managing technical teams, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring performance
• ability to manage technical projects, set priorities, and ensure service continuity
• high analytical and managerial skills in diagnosing technical problems and making decisions
• ability to coordinate with various departments to ensure technical systems meet business requirements
• fluent in spoken and written English.
